Characteristics of the La Riserva Del Fondatore La Carlina wine
A beautiful discovery, the Favorita with its beautiful golden yellow, full-bodied with a relatively low alcohol content and an easy drinking experience. On the palate notes of aromatic herbs and stone fruit. Nice finish.

Raw mussels and oysters; pumpkin and grilled cheese with fried eggs; yogurt and honey semifreddo.
