Why I suggest Cesanese
Excellent red wine with a strong and pleasant taste, despite the 14% vol. Obviously this Cesanese grape is very beautiful. A fleshy fruit, but above all perfectly balanced, full of freshness. Precisely this gives it a lot of drinkability, with a nice mix of ripe fruit and spices.
The Sommelier: Ruby color, a bit stony on the edge as often happens with reds. Intense and captivating aroma of wild berries. Medium body. Very acid and peppery wine, but what ends up prevailing is the greedy taste of berries. End of medium persistence. Young wine, simple and very pleasant, but still rich and exuberant. Very heavy and powerful emotion, very mature wine.
Recommended pairings: Grilled meats; Pasta timbale; Vegetable and meat soups.
Uncork and leave to decant before serving at a temperature of 17 ° C in a Ballon glass.
Wine cellar: Cantina Imperatori, aims at quality, with the aim of producing high quality wines intended for consumers of excellent wines. In fact, the Imperatori family holds clones of grapes grown since Roman times, probably escaped from the advent of phylloxera. ...
