Why the oenologist recommends Vozzi Kouros Basilicata IGP red wine
Don't be fooled by the name, this wine is Made in Italy, the result of a blend of Merlot and Sangiovese grapes. The name derives from the fact that in the 1970s an ancient artifact of clear Greek origin was found in Chiaromonte.
Characteristics of the Kouros red wine
Basilicata red wine Kouros visually has a beautiful ruby red color, the nose opens with a bouquet of aromas ranging from cherry to blackberry. In the mouth it is well balanced, ethereal and with a spicy finish. Kouros Basilicata IGP interesting and excellent wine, clean, with a really pleasant bouquet. I was very impressed by the simplicity with which it is savored.

Kouros PGI goes well with traditional Italian dishes; excellent on first courses of pasta with vegetables; legume soups, gravy or grilled meat; pleasant with cold cuts and preserves in oil
