Sangiovese wine Demidoff Toscana IGT 2016 by Paolo Conterno represents the great Sangiovese a Super Tuscan red wine. The strength of the soil rich in limestone-based skeleton (stones) are the imprint in Tuscan wine. The manual harvest in September, the first ten days of October the destemming of the freshly harvested grapes, it is placed in fermentation and maceration in thermo-controlled steel tanks which allow an optimal extraction of the color. It is thus possible to proceed with racking and witness an explosion of red fruit aromas that jump off the palate and with its balance of acidity / tannins it is easily combined with lunch.
