Why I suggest Colombaiolo Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG Casisano Tommasi
Really interesting, surprise cellar. Part of the Tommasi estate (of Amarone). Product that finds its own connotation of territory and grape variety. When you drink so well it's hard not to remember. Once opened, a Brunello maximizes the notes and scents of a great Brunello !!
The Sommelier: Tommasi presents the Colombaiolo Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. Brilliant ruby color. Pepper, musk, aromatic herbs and a hint of clove on the nose. Medium body. Heavy tannins, it really has a hold on it. Velvet on the front, grip on the back. Average acidity. On the palate sour cherry, cranberry, gravel. Good finish. Little kick and a little spice. Good balance. Great facility, true integrity on this one. It could probably age another 5 years.
Recommended pairings: Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Casisano di Tommasi is ideal with Jewish-style onions. It goes so well with cheese.
Uncork and decant the Colombaiolo Brunello di Montalcino Riserva DOCG Casisano - Tommasi before serving at a temperature of 18 - 20 ° C in a large Ballon glass.
Cellar: Being united in a large family has always been the essential element, the engine that drives everything. A story that began in 1902 from a husband, a wife, a family, a company ...
