I am a lover of this vine, less noble than its cousins Barbera and Nebbiolo but with an immediate and very pleasant drink. In this version by Elio Altare the long taste-olfactory persistence is highlighted.

Sommelier:

Ruby red, 14 degrees, fresh and very fruity, in the mouth it is fresh, slightly bitter. The alcohol does not invade despite the considerable degree, it is quite full-bodied for the genre but is well balanced. Persistent fruity finish and memory of bitter almonds.
