Why the oenologist recommends Kornell Pinot Bianco Alto Adige DOC Eich 2023
Kind Of Sunshine (our interpretation) A pale straw yellow wine from Pinot Bianco grapes grown on quartz and calcareous clay soils in Appiano Monte, a region with over 2,100 hours of sunshine and cool night per year. The wine is young and fruity with lots of ripe yellow apples, Elder flower, minerals and some delicate herbs. An elegant cocktail that offers a fresh and sumptuous sensation and a nice lingering finish.
Characteristics of the Eich wine from the Kornell winery
Pinot Blanc that only makes steel. Bright light yellow color in the glass. This wine surprised me with the intense and fruity aromas of ripe apples, flowers, pears and candied cherries with a certain spiciness. Dry on the palate, spiced with lively freshness, juicy fruit, beautiful minerality and a long finish. Good structure and skeleton.
