Domenico Attini, chef passionate about traditional captain's cuisine, meticulously dedicates himself to the research and production of native wines. Along the rows of the vineyards we see varietals of grapes dating back to the Federician empire, Il Nero di Troia, the strong point of the production. Viti di Greco, Bombino from which to extract fine bubbles to indulge the palate in the warm Apulian midsummer evenings.
