Why I suggest Monte Croce Passito Bianco IGT
Garganega 100% of Monteforte d'Alpone, Veneto, passito not the same as usual. Instead of peaches, here's a pear. Something from Madeira, the port and even sherry. A delicious sweet dessert wine.
