Why I suggest Negroamaro
A timeless classic.
The Sommelier: 100% Negroamaro, Ruby red, timid subtle tears that run fast. A lot of red fruit: cherry, currant. Light, spice and sweet notes of fruit syrups. Although not a complex wine, its simplicity wins over aroma and taste. In the mouth it is soft, velvety, a sweet attack and tannins that mark more than acidity, but still very gastronomic.
Suggested pairings: grilled meat or fish spiced enough; gladly also on rustic pizza.
Uncork and serve at 14-16 ° C. in Renano glass.
