Characteristics of Negroamaro Salento wine
100% Negroamaro, ruby red, shy thin tears that run quickly. Lots of red fruit: cherry, currant. Light, spices and sweet notes of fruit syrups. Although it is not a complex wine, its simplicity conquers in aroma and taste. In the mouth it is soft, velvety, a sweet attack and tannins that mark more than the acidity, but still very gastronomic.
