Why I suggest Allegrini Palazzo della Torre Veronese IGT 2020
Valpolicella is characterized by a rather favorable climatic trend with optimal temperatures for the development of the cultivation of the varieties Corvina Veronese, Rondinella, Corvinone. The temperature variations at the time of veraison determine an increase in the sugar content, favoring the maintenance of the acidic heritage and facilitating the aromatic development of the varietal. The harvest, which took place in ideal atmospheric conditions, allowed the grapes to complete the maturation in a slow and progressive way. The vintage promises to be one of the best vintages, always able to stand out for its great balance and elegance.
