Why I suggest Prosecco 0.15 Millesimato Extra Dry
Prosecco di Valdobbiadene sparkling wine is synonymous with guarantee. The particular fermentation at different temperatures of the grape must Glera enhances the finesse of Prosecco wine, resulting in refinement. Wine always dynamic and cheerful perlage, an almost crunchy taste with the right acidity.
The Sommelier: Spumante prosecco vintage, obtained from Glera di Valdobbiadene grapes in the D.O.C. area Prosecco. Harmonious wine fermented in autoclave with a straw-yellow color, very limpid and bright, it releases its ample and fruity scent with hints of golden apple and floral shades of acacia. Good alcohol content 11.50% vol. and residual sugars. In the mouth the taste is dry, mineral, of good persistence.
Recommended pairings: Full-course wine, very welcome for happy hour aperitifs.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in a Flûte glass.
