Aglianico is a subject of study... I try Torricino Aglianico an indescribable experience, nothing better to accompany meat. This Campania red wine is herbaceous with well rounded tannins.
Characteristics of the Aglianico wine:
Torricino Aglianico ruby red with purple reflections complex wine. Intense nose, small red fruits, a slight hint of spice. Dry, soft wine with a fresh taste. Rough tannins, not very sapid, excellent balance, fine and persistent.
Recommended pairings with Aglianico wine:
On timbales, bronze-drawn spaghetti with fresh San Marzano tomato sauce, spicy cheeses and cured meats.
