Characteristics of the Aglianico wine:

The Aglianico del Taurasi Cevotiempo has a beautiful ruby red color in which garnet reflections appear. The scent is intense and harmonious, accentuated with age. On the palate this wine has a warm, savory and dry flavour, overall very harmonious and balanced and which becomes more and more velvety with aging; the tannin content is ideal, alcohol content 15.00% vol.

Recommended pairings with Aglianico wine:

The intense and full-bodied flavor of Aglianico del Taurasi Torricino is well paired with (white) meats, preferably red; cooked on the spit or in the oven. It is preferred to combine it with braised meats, roasts, dishes based on game and game, I recommend it with guinea fowl potatoes and baked green peppers. Many tasty seasoned cheeses such as the Lucano caciocavallo, the bucato cacio, with its slightly spicy flavor, or the canestrato di Moliterno IGP produced with sheep's and goat's milk.
