Produced from the pomace of redgrapes and raisins of Molinara, Corvina and Rondinella grapes, which give rise to the Amarone from Valpolicella, select affinity-geology-climate-plant and manufacturing of the skins where grapes and fruit assimilate the special features of the olfactory and organoleptic and after being pressed, are distilled in a discontinuous still with steam experience from the master distiller Alexander Cavalin, creating a grappa that is crystal clear, color ambradal stronger scent and flavor.
