Because the council grappa of Müller Thurgau Barrique Oak
Produced from grape single grape variety coming from typical grape variety of trentino of the val di Cembra, the Müller Thurgau white grape, selected for affinity-geology-climate-plant and manufacturing of the skins where grapes and fruit assimilate the special features of the olfactory and organoleptic and after being pressed, are distilled in alembic and at the end mixed with experience from the master distiller Alexander Cavalin, creating a grappa that is crystal clear. The aging in French oak barrels accentuates the sweet and fruity which adds to the softness of the wood for a distillate unique in its kind.
Alcohol: 40% vol
TYPE: Grappa aged aromatic;
SCENT: floral;
TASTE: fruity, balanced and soft.
Serve at a temperature of 10-12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
