Why I suggest Verdeca di Gravina
A sparkling Verdeca wine, with intense fruity and floral hints both in taste and smell. In its simplicity it is remembered for its freshness and pleasant mouth closure.
The Sommelier: Pale straw with greenish reflections, pretty fine perlage for the type (especially compared to other similar products), fruity aromas with some references to prosecco, apple, pear. In the mouth you expect a sweet wine and instead it is just sweet, dry, pleasant. A nice full 7/10, among the best expressions of the typical Verdeca di Gravina.
Suggested pairings: Very pleasant as an aperitif; quite spicy fish dishes; it is also drunk on Asian food.
Uncork and serve at 12 ° C. in Chardonnay glass.
