Characteristics of Barbaresco wine:
Produced with 100% Nebbiolo grapes, it has an alcohol content of 13.50% Vol. Ruby red color with garnet reflections, floral bouquet of violets and dried roses and hints of fruits such as strawberry and currant. On the palate it is dry, warm, with good structure and balance, with a persistent and harmonious finish.
Recommended pairings with Barbaresco wine:
Barbaresco La Casa in Collina DOCG 2021 goes perfectly with dishes such as polenta, crostini with truffles, stews, roasts, fondue with truffles, goat cheese and Parmesan.
To enjoy at its best, decant for at least 30 minutes before serving at 14-16°C in a Ballon goblet.
