Characteristics of Rivetti Barbaresco Serraboella wine

Rivetti Barbaresco is a beautiful, clear and brilliant garnet red. On the nose it expresses a complex aroma with hints of liquorice, small wild berries, cinnamon, cloves and violets. On the palate it is fine, with full and enveloping tannins and a long aftertaste of ripe fruit.

Recommended pairings for this Barbaresco DOCG red wine Piemonte

Preferable combination with a truffle and mushroom risotto followed by a juicy piece of wild boar; Beef stew; cheese and cured meat platter.
