The strong character and complexity, even in the glass evolves into an elegant wine. On the palate a cross of sensations, softness, territorial sapidity, generous, pleasant and inviting in the drink.
The Sommelier: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, consistent product and alcohol content 14.50% vol. Clear red wine with ruby reflections. On the nose the smell of jam of ripe fruits: figs, cherries. The almost velvety softness of tannins and a refreshing freshness in the mouth, the finish is very long.
Serving suggestions: robust dishes: grilled tuna, pork roasts, seared sliced beef, aged cheeses, grilled swordfish. Snails with bourguignonne, game.
Uncork and decant 1 / h before serving at 16 - 18 ° C. in large Ballon chalice.
