Characteristics of Rivera Preludio N°1 wine

Chardonnay Preludio N°1 DOC Castel del Monte 2023 Clear and crystalline wine, the consistency is evident on the edges of the glass with the presence of large and thick arches. The straw yellow color is revived with greenish reflections: Intensity of aromas of white acacia flowers and fruitiness of apple and also of ripe pineapple. Intense nose that reflects the ripe varietal tones of the vine. The attack is dry wine, abundantly alcoholic 13% Vol., soft and excellent sapidity; wine that is very drinkable and that does not tire. Confirm the odorous sensations in the long finish of acacia flowers and honey. It closes with good complexity and almost excellent quality.
