Why the winemaker recommends Lunae Circvs Liguria di Levante IGT 2023
Lunae Circus IGT a blend of Massareta Albarossa and Alicante, a versatile wine, simple at the same time, offering excellent sensations both on the nose and when drinking.
Characteristics of the Circvs IGT Cantina Lunae wine
The Circvs IGT red wine is a territorial wine, neither simple nor banal, indeed interesting in its particularity. The nose is herbaceous with strong fruity nuances, dominated by black cherry and berries. Circvs IGT is rich in the mouth, with sharp tannins, with an excellent final acidity, between spicy aromas of cinnamon and white pepper and some balsamic notes, which recall cloves and rosemary.
Recommended pairings for this Liguria di Levante IGT red wine
The Circvs IGT Cantina Lunae wine accompanies the crostini with Colonnata lard; artichokes risotto; Liguria rabbit.
Uncork the Circvs IGT and serve at a temperature of 16° - 17°C in a large Tulipano glass.
