Alicante Poggio al Tufo Boushet 100% interesting wine with particular ideas and a discreetly pleasant flavor. Tuscan red wine tending towards dark garnet. The nose is woody, with beautiful notes of mushrooms and undergrowth, red fruits and light vanilla. From the Alicante Poggio al Tufo the fruit definitely takes over in the mouth, well balanced by the savory and almost salty notes with a herbaceous and Mediterranean aftertaste which constitutes its most pleasant peculiarity. The finish prolongs the hints of thyme and rosemary, leaving the palate pleasantly fresh.
