Leo Rosso IGT- Fattoria Svetoni subtle aromas of dark fruit, full bodied wine with medium acidity and a juicy mouthfeel. Flat flavor profile with red fruit, dark fruit and a whiff of chocolate.
Recommended pairings with Sangiovese wine:
Leo Rosso IGT ideal with red meats; side of roasted peppers; cold cuts and cheeses; vegetables in oil; taralli with wine, dried fruit.
