On the nose hints of dried flowers, lots of violet, with fine spiciness on the side. Aromatic herbs, bay leaves first and foremost, and just a hint of fruit to finish. Great harmony on the palate, a bit of everything comes back. Well structured, fresh and very tasty, with a nice enveloping tannin. Persistent and excellent drinkable.
