Wine produced with grapes 100% Grillo IGT Sicilia. Brilliant product with excellent consistency and alcohol content 13.00% vol., yellow colour with hints of gold and green. Warm and slender, and the pulp is fresh and juicy, the flavor emanates freshness, the salient features of the terroir of trapani. In the mouth, holding it up to the final with grace, turns out to be a dry wine, soft and easy to drink.
Food pairings:
Excellent Flavì Grillo Terre Siciliane IGT Marino with appetizers and Seafood grilled swordfish. Snails bourguignonne, tuna Fillet seared in a pan, baked Fish, Cod steamed with cream.
