Characteristics of the Insolia Bio wine by Baglio di Pianetto

Insolia Sicilian white wine produced in the province of Palermo from organic farming using 100% Insolia. Fresh and pleasant, it shows the mineral and floral part, light body in the mouth and acid part in a fresh sip medium structured. Intense hints of lychees and peaches in syrup. Enveloping on the palate until the end.

Recommended pairings for this white wine Sicilia DOC

Inzolia light and undemanding, when you want something light and fresher. Excellent with fish, seafood, cheeses, dried fruit, fresh vegetables.

Uncork and serve at a temperature of 10°- 12°C in a Tulipano glass.
