Les Premiers Piquets de Vignes is a special cuvée that tells the story of the birth of the Lacroix-Triaulaire Champagne vineyard. In 1972, François, the founder, planted his first vineyards on land tilled by him and his parents. The soil was perfect for Pinot Noir, an intensely fruity grape variety that became the estate's workhorse.
Les Premiers Piquets de Vignes is a limited production, each bottle is numbered. A collector's wine for true connoisseurs.
Characteristics of the Champagne Les Premiers Piquets De Vignes by Lacroix Triaulaire
A pure Pinot Noir, cuvée is a mono-cépage of Pinot Noir, which best expresses the characteristics of the Val Soulois terroir. The wine is aged for 6 years on the yeasts, developing a unique complexity and richness of aromas.
On the nose, notes of berries, jam and sweet spices are perceived. On the palate, the wine is soft and enveloping, with a beautiful tannic structure and a persistent finish.
