From the Subappenino Dauno, the Alto Tavoliere delle Puglie, the Gargano in the province of Foggia "La Daunia". Walking along the rows of wine grapes of the 7Campanili Company, the name derives from the numerous seven bell towers that dominate the city from above, we cross the varietal Bombino Doc San Severo and the international Pinot Noir. The first is native cultivation, both reared according to the production regulations and strict controls for the integrated pest management protocol.
The grapes reach ripeness managing to maintain a high acid content and a low pH. Necessary condition for the production of the Classic Method sparkling wine 7Campanili, which proves to be fine and of excellent quality.
