Our work project adheres to our lifestyle, which we have experimented for 100 years in our vineyards. Keeping people together, traditions, love for our land that is relentless every year. We love Lambrusco, in different varieties, and the same vineyards with the same attitude, we love to produce excellent wine that can represent the territory, people and respect the consumer.
Passion wine is born with the heart and through the hands of our fifth generation family, we wisely guard it. Grape harvesting is the strong point to produce a great wine. Hand-picked in an excellent state of health, we work alongside technologies, modern research and the experience of winemakers, respecting production protocols.
This productive reality bears the name of "Cantina Bassoli" born in 1922 in Carpi at the hands of Mr. Paolo Bassoli, who today succeeded Riccardo Bassoli, current owner. Wine farm with a modest vineyard surface, which includes the different varieties from the Lambrusco Salamino "Re Riccardo" to the Pignoletto, the Lambrusco Grasparossa, the Lambrusco di Sorbara, passing through the "Sangiovese" the "Merlot" for the "Cabernet" and the "Chardonnay".
 Vineyards and grapes kept maintaining the management of the land according to the norm of the "Good agricultural practice", excluding the widespread use of synthetic chemistry. A sincere and sincere wine, the quality that rewards the drinker. A lot of achievements have also been attributed to the aesthetic aspect, not just performing wines for authenticity, but capable of expressing their territorial identity through the labels.
