Founded in 1973 by Bonaventura Maschio master distiller and centuries-old distillery with winery. Winery aimed at the quality of Prosecco and sparkling wines with an elegant and distinctive character, using Glera, Incrocio Manzoni, Pinot Grigio, Bianco e Nero and Raboso Veronese grapes.

In Maschio dei Cavalieri the vines and bunches from which to obtain the sparkling wine musts, the vinification techniques such as cold and selected yeasts are the cornerstones of the entire process to bring the natural perfection of the bubbles of a territory like the Veneto into the glass.
