Loyalty to the territory is therefore fundamental to obtain results that are testimony to authenticity and typicality. Protecting and conserving what has been handed down for generations in a community, in a place, becomes the most "extreme, revolutionary" act that Man can perform.

Domenico applied the agronomic techniques in a modern key which were in turn adopted by Canavese winemakers in the past. Pays particular attention to the organic structure of the soils, practices green manure to improve soil fertility. It performs low environmental impact pesticide treatments, with alternative products and a reduced use of copper and sulfur, to favor the natural balance between the species.

The quality of its wine is closely linked to its territory of origin and a Denomination of Origin is basically the fusion between the natural environment and the human talent that has been able to enhance the characteristics of the typical vines of the place.
