Why I suggest Pinot Grigio
Slightly more full-bodied than a Müller Thurgau. The minerality and flavor of the grape can be felt more. Medium body and a fruity wine. Interesting company, excellent quality products for the market it has.
The Sommelier: Daily wine with a straw yellow color with copper highlights. The nose is quite persistent and clean, with hints of floral and white-fleshed fruit. The alcoholic component supports a light body and slightly poor acidity. Quite persistent finish that leaves the mouth warm.
Suggested pairings: good with savory dishes of roasted fish, battered vegetables, yellow squash and sausage; omelet with cheese.
