De Stefani has a manufacturing manufactory that distinguishes itself from the wines of the same category. The Merlot del Piave is the expression of the most traditional wine and the complexity of the fruity scent and the herbaceous aftertaste makes it the main characteristic, it is immediately recognized, supported by the body.

The Sommelier: Merlot Plavis De Stefani ruby red wine, a wine with great structure, personality and consistency; the alcohol content is slightly higher than 13.00% vol. On the nose complex tertiary aromas, predominant ripe fruit, touch on the palate is velvety and soft, good dose of tannins, persistent the finish.

Recommended pairings: Argentine beef cut with grilled red radicchio trevigiano, guitar troccoli with guinea-fowl sauce, cabbage stew and pork's leg, tasty cheeses.

Uncork and serve sparingly at 16 - 18°C. in the Ballon cup.
