Characteristics of the Nibbio Grigio di Strapellum wine
The Nibbio Grigio produced from pure Aglianico del Vulture DOC grapes. Purple red wine, clear, very consistent, alcohol content 14.00% vol. Olfactory sensations including notes of cocoa, hints of ripe red fruit, fruit in alcohol, spicy liquorice; Flavor sensation: dry, full body, leaves pleasant caloric sensations on notes of acidity. Slightly tannic and delicately soft, very persistent, harmonious overall.
