Why I suggest Rosè Col Fondo
Sparkling wine of Raboso, whose refermentation takes place in the bottle, preserving the natural sparkling. The enzymatic sediments are deposited on the bottom of the bottle, this allows the taster to catch the fragrant scents of bread crust. At the moment it can be decanted, or not, letting itself be enchanted by the aromatic characteristics of natural yeasts.
The Sommelier: Made from Raboso Veronese grapes in the Piave valley. The pink colored wine peaches with an alcohol content of 11.00% vol. The nose is characterized by the scent of bread crust and floral nuances. In the mouth the sensation of creamy mousse with a dry taste, overall the wine is harmonious.
Recommended pairings: Full-course wine, very welcome for a happy hour.
Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C, in a Tulipano glass.
