Sensory Profile
Grapes of 55% Corvina, 30% Rondinella and 15% Molinara di Campiano. Raspberry, strawberry, black cherry, prune, basil, fig, raw meat. Medium finish with pleasant bitterness. Round, concentrated, quite , fresh and elegant. Valpolicella of good quality.

Valpolicella DOC Superiore Monte Tondo grilled beef or tartare; perfect with other dishes at will.
Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 16-17 ° C in a wide Ballon glass.
