Why I suggest Segreto Verde Anfora Trebbiano
The Lazio region has undertaken a moderate success from the wine point of view. Viticulture covers the Lazio region with 25 thousand hectares of plants. Imperatori wines aim for quality, becoming an interpreter of the production area.
Sommelier:
Scented bouquet, tending to saline due to the volcanic nature of the earth. Trebbiano different from its Abruzzo counterparts, but very interesting as it is dry and full-bodied. Probably still too young to give complexity, it seems to have the right characteristics for aging.
Recommended pairings:
Boiled vegetables and grilled white meats; Ribollita; Blue fish; Semi hard cheeses.
Uncork Segreto Verde Anfora Trebbiano and serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C in a Renano glass.
Wine cellar:
Cantina Imperatori, aims at quality, with the aim of producing high quality wines intended for consumers of excellent wines. In fact, the Imperatori family owns clones of grapes grown since Roman times, probably escaped the advent of phylloxera... Go to the card
