Why I suggest Grappa Reale Barrique
The Grappa is soft and elegant, a perfect balance between finesse and power alcohol 40% Vol. The aromas and organoleptic characteristics excellent of the pomace of Prosecco, extracted with the traditional method of distillation, batch bain-marie distillation in small copper boilers. A great product from the aromatic profile.
The Sommelier: Grappa obtained from the pomace of Glera of the Company, Conte Loredan Gasparini, aged for at least 18 months in small oak casks. Limpida and clean, the flavor is soft and elegant. On the nose, with sensations of great finesse and harmony, denoting a good frankness and typicality. Sensations, confirmed also at the level of the back-olfactory, in which the fragrance of the grape pomace is enhanced by a very good persistence and complexity of refining in wood.
Excellent as an accompaniment to a cigar, on average, aged from the base, sweet and aromatic.
Serve at a temperature of 12 -14°C in the chalice Tulip small.
Wineries & Distillery: Antica Distillery Negroni founded by the late William Negroni, in Villanova sull'arda (PC) in 1889, and subsequently moving in the province of Treviso in the historic area of the river Piave, in the heart of the Marca Trevigiana.
