Why I suggest Verduzzo Friulano
The production area is that of the Triveneto, produced with Verduzzo grapes, harvested very ripe at the end of September. The name is used to highlight the green color of the berries. It has aromas of white fruits and a light note reminiscent of sage.
The Sommelier: Clear, pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intense and quite varied nose that releases sea, iodine, saline notes, mixed with citrus hints with lemon in evidence, then aromatic herbs and wild flowers; finally light and isolated puffs of paint. On the palate it is dry, with a good acidity, with a taste of mandarins and apricot, combined with herbaceous notes and marked sapid minerality.
Suggested pairings: good with white meats: goat cheeses ... spicy meals.
Uncork and serve at 12 ° C. in tulip glasses.
Cellars: Borderland and Schioppettino di Prepotto area, authentic and unique by nature. In Nadia's wine project there is respect ...
