Characteristics of Merlot wine:

Merlot Rosso di Torre Rosazza intense ruby, on the nose of very clear primary berries and a beautiful cherry that will accompany the whole tasting. In the mouth a beautiful fruit where this ripe cherry stands out, velvety, soft tannins. An elegant finish with pleasant secondary notes of spice and leather. Interesting evolution keeps longevity well for years.

Recommended pairings with Merlot wine:

Torre Rosazza Altromerlot with tagliatelle al ragù; grilled rib; calf patella; legume soups; aged cheeses.

Uncork and decant before serving at a temperature of 16 -18°C in a Ballon chalice.
