I must admit that I love Friulian reds more than whites but this wine is very pleasant ... the right ratio of acidity not bad in the mouth ... good.
Characteristics of Ribolla wine:
Crystalline wine, bright straw yellow colour. Quite consistent. Ribolla Gialla 100%. Steel. Intense, complex, refined nose. Citrus, yellow peach, white flowers (hawthorn), notes of graphite. On the palate dry, warm; quite soft, fresh and savory. Full-bodied and well balanced, persistent and fine. It strikes for its delicacy. An excellent Ribolla Gialla. Health.
Recommended pairings with Ribolla wine:
Pasta, seafood, hard and aged cheese, lean fish, cold cuts, dried and fresh fruit.
Serve at a temperature of 12-14°C in a Tulipano glass.
