Ribolla Gialla IGT 2024 Wine Friuli Venezie Giulia in the Collio Goriziano, vineyard planted on soil made up of sandstones, trained according to the Guyot system with low yields and high quality. This aspect has contributed to obtaining the good concentration of aromatic precursors. Harvested in the last week of September, the wine is fermented in concrete tanks, where the container's natural temperature of 18°C meets the requirements of eco-sustainability. This practice has favored the development of the bouquet, especially of the vegetable aromas. The refinement in concrete tanks and barriques gives Ribolla Gialla delle Venezie the right connotation of an indigenous white wine of Friuli.
