Why I suggest Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali DOC 2021

Perfectly balanced and very fine, it does not present particularly intense aromas and flavors but amalgamates mainly fruity and floral aromas with an uncommon finesse. The palate confirms.

Sommelier:

Ribolla with a pale straw yellow color. A decidedly closed nose, where it is difficult to perceive faint scents of lemon zest, white fruit and some vegetable tones. In the mouth it is dry, not very hot, savory and with a marked acidity. A really light body and a medium-short persistence, they cannot make up for its hardness.
