The oenologist recommends Vigna Lenuzza Ribolla Gialla Friuli Colli Orientali
Ribolla Gialla is a high quality Friuli white, organically produced with Ribolla Gialla grapes grown in the Prepotto area, the heart of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. The Vigna Lenuzza winery, certified organic and led by the Lenuzza family, believes in environmental sustainability and respect for the earth as a basis for producing exceptional wines.
Characteristics of the Ribolla wine:
The grapes are selected by hand and taken to the cellar for the vinification, which takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for about 30-40 days. The wine is then aged in steel before being bottled in the month of February following the harvest.
The result is a straw-yellow wine with a delicate nose with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and acacia flowers. On the palate it is fresh, dry and sapid, with a good persistence. The alcohol content is 13% vol.
Recommended pairings with Ribolla wine
Vigna Lenuzza's Ribolla Gialla goes perfectly with fish-based dishes, including fried fish, white meats, fresh cheeses and vegetable soups.
It is recommended to serve the wine at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius and it can be kept for a few years.
