The Pinot Nero Friuli Grave DOC 2023 by Torre Rosazza is a Friuli-Venezia Giulia red wine. 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Friuli Grave DOC area, where the calcareous and clayey soil and the mild climate favor the production of high quality grapes with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare. After harvesting, the grapes were macerated in contact with the skins for about 5 days to obtain a greater extraction of color and aroma. Subsequently, the wine was aged for 3 months in concrete tanks, which gave it greater stability and character.
