Great body but above all an elegance and an olfactory bouquet that in no way envy the most famous and renowned Pinot Noir from South Tyrol or Burgundy, while remaining different, probably by virtue of the hand of the winemaker and terroir Oltrepò.
Characteristics of Tenuta Caseo Pinot Nero wine
Tommasi Pinot Nero IGT Tenuta Caseo; Pleasantly clear garnet red. Consistent. On the nose, it has an intense impact and releases complex aromas. We move from ripe fruit jam to dried fruit, then spicing black pepper, toasting and dried flowers. Excellent structure and balanced. Persistent, it is at the right maturation stage, excellent quality. Allergens: Contains sulphites.
