During a classic Burgundy tasting with friends, we discovered a second "intruder" wine (unknown to the others). Despite this, I secretly enjoyed the surprise effect. The color of the wine suggested that it was not a Burgundy Pinot Noir, but the nose revealed an intense aroma of red fruit and spices, with a slightly binding note. In the mouth, the wine was balanced with a pleasant acidity, although not particularly complex. I love wine and the South Tyrol region, where long walks in the mountains make me feel at home.
