Stroblhof

Loving what you do is the mission of Stroblhof in Appiano, the eastern Dolomites. A specialized wine tourism cellar, dating back to the 16th century, a particularly suggestive place, inviting for lovers of organic wine and the dynamism of the body.

Stroblhof cultivates the most renowned vine of Alto Adige, and enters as a representative and founder of the Association of Independent Winegrowers of South Tyrol. Offering quality, combined with traditional production methods in modern cellars, sets the seal of guarantee for South Tyrolean winemakers.

Property area about 5 hectares of vineyards on a high hill at 500 meters above sea level, in the best geographical position, directly on the side of the Mendola. Alpine and Mediterranean climate, fresh descending winds and calcareous / phosphoric soils, particular wines are born in the Stroblhof cellars, from healthy and fully ripe grapes: 40,000 bottles of production / year divided between Pinot noir Pigeno, Pinto white Strahler, Chardonnay Schwarzhaus, Sauvignon blanc Nico; all delineate the strong character, of pleasant acidity and good resistance to aging.
